The Ministry of Labor of the Government of Peru launched a solution that allows people under 29 years to issue non-criminal background, judicial, police, academic, and degrees obtained, or formal work experience certificates, using blockchain technology and positively impacting the employment rate. 

The platform is called CERTIJOVEN and is a solution that provides access only to the user and sole owner of their information. Generates confidence both to users and to the public faith that the information shown is truthful and has not been manipulated by anyone thanks to the immutability protected in the blockchain.
