All applications must be submitted by this deadline. Ensure your project is complete and ready for review by our panel.
May 1st
Official start of the competition
The competition officially begins! Participants will dive into the development of their projects and solutions.
May 10th
Virtual Participation at GITEX Europe
Teams will showcase their ideas during virtual participation at GITEX Europe, gaining exposure to industry leaders.
May 21st - 23rd
Development Phase & Mentorship
During this phase, teams will develop their projects with the support of mentors, refining their solutions.
May – Sept 2025
Finalists Presentation
The finalists will present their meticulously refined projects to the panel of judges, who will have the crucial task of deciding the ultimate winner.
Oct 1st
Winner's Virtual Participation at GITEX Dubai
The winners selected by the jury in the preliminary phase will participate virtually at GITEX Dubai in October.

Key Challenges 💪
Global Specification Automation
Develop a flexible interface using the Token Taxonomy Framework (TTF) to define carbon token properties adaptable to various national regulations and local characteristics.
Goal: Flexible Token Customization – Create carbon tokens adapted to diverse environmental laws and standards and following an unique technical specification.
Multi-Nation Token Creation and Management
Ensure cross-border issuance and management of carbon tokens with traceability and auditability. Leverage AI, IoT, and big data for efficiency and reliability.
Goal: Seamless Multi-Nation Token Management – Standardize issuance while allowing local adaptability, data intelligence and capturing the richness of diverse data sources.
International Compliance and Reporting
Build a decentralized system for real-time data capture, verification, and reporting across different regulatory frameworks. Use blockchain for secure, verifiable storage of compliance records.
Goal: Global Compliance & Transparency – Enable decentralized, transparent, real-time reporting aligned with national and international regulations.
